Rev. Alex Mabbs, (of colourful jumper fame, Pastor of Brighthelm, and member of Brighton Christian Climate Action warmly invtes you to an INTERFAITH AFTERNOON EXPLORING THE CLIMATE CRISIS reflecting on our response to it as different faith communities, and considering ways we can use our resources to create positive change and work together for good.

SUNDAY 8TH MARCH 1.30-4.30PM, ONE CHURCH, FLORENCE ROAD, BRIGHTON BN1 6DL,
There will be a bring and share vegetarian lunch and time to connect with each other, A climate talk from local Extinction rebellion speaker, Time of reflection and discussion in our faith groups, and for prayer/meditation and Time to share our feedback and ideas on ways forward, and how faith communities can work together. Also, Mary writes: I am hosting 2 pop up CRAfTivist workshops 10-12 and 2-4pm . The afternoon session is for gay women only. People can participate by

  1. Attend the workshop ( limited places must be booked )
  2. Making /crafting for our walk about on sat feb 17th in Southwick square at home and give them to me next Sunday
  3. Turn up @5pm next Sunday (9th) to meet me and have a mini pop up demonstration to make green hearts
  4. Read about the campaign #show the love
